Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the transportation coordination services provided by Fun Luxury Rides (FLR): “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”.
By booking, requesting, or using transportation services through FLR, you agree to be bound by the below Terms.
1. Nature of Services
FLR is a transportation coordination and dispatch platform that connects clients with independent, properly licensed for-hire vehicle drivers and transportation providers (“Drivers”).
FLR does not itself provide transportation services and is not a common carrier. All transportation services are provided by independent third-party Drivers who are solely responsible for the operation of their vehicles and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Eligibility and Authority to Book
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use FLR’s services.
If you are booking transportation for another person, including a minor, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to do so and to accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. Bookings and Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Pickup times and estimated arrival times are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond FLR’s control.
FLR reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any booking at its discretion for safety, regulatory, or operational reasons.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing will be communicated to you at the time of booking or prior to service.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Prices do not include gratuity, wait time, additional stops, or other incidental charges.
- Additional charges may apply for wait time, route changes, or extended service.
You authorize FLR (or its payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for all applicable charges.
All charges are non-refundable once the transportation service has been performed.
5. Cancellations, Changes, and No-Shows
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not be charged.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full fare.
- Failure to appear at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, without prior notice (“No-Show”), will result in a full charge for the scheduled service.
If the Driver arrives and the passenger is not present or cannot be reached, the booking may be marked as a No-Show.
Wait time beyond the included grace period of 15 minutes will result in additional charges ($1 per minute).
FLR may cancel a booking due to safety, regulatory, or operational reasons and will issue an appropriate refund or credit if applicable.
6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers agree to:
- Behave respectfully toward Drivers and property
- Comply with all applicable laws and safety requirements, including seat belt use
- Not request illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate services
Drivers may refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, abusive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms.
7. Transportation of Minors
FLR provides transportation services to minors only when such services are requested and authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
By booking transportation for a minor, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or you have full legal authority to arrange transportation on the minor’s behalf;
- You consent to the minor being transported by an independent Driver arranged through FLR;
- You have provided accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact information.
FLR does not provide supervision, childcare, or custodial services. Drivers are not responsible for supervising minors beyond providing transportation from the designated pickup location to the designated drop-off location.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that a responsible adult is present at pickup and drop-off locations unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLR disclaims any liability arising from or related to the transportation of minors, except as required by applicable law.
8. Insurance
Drivers are required to maintain appropriate commercial insurance and licenses in accordance with New York State and TLC regulations.
FLR does not provide passenger insurance coverage beyond what is required by law and carried by the independent Drivers.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
Transportation services are provided solely by independent Drivers. FLR is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any Driver or passenger.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLR disclaims all liability for:
- Personal injury, death, property damage, or loss
- Delays, cancellations, or service interruptions
- Acts or omissions of third-party Drivers
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FLR, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
11. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with FLR’s Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
13. Modifications
FLR may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
